A1: For the tower cranes, we can supply 1 year warranty. If there is quality problem of any parts (excluding easy worn spare parts) on our side during this period, we will supply a new one by free for replacement
Q2: What is the mean of QTD for tower crane model? And please illustrate.
A2: QTD is classified according to China National Standard.
“Q” is the acronym of Crane in Chinese language (Qing Zhongji);
“T” is the acronym of Tower head type in Chinese language (Ta Shi);
And “D” is the acronym of luffing jib in Chinese language (Dong Bi).
For example: QTD125 (5020) means luffing jib tower crane, the rated lifting moment is 1250 KN.m (125 is 10-1 of the rated lifting moment). The working jib length is 50 meter and tip load is 2.0t when jib length is 50m.

Description for 50m Jib 2500*2500*6000mm Split Mast Section Construction Tower Crane for Building
1. The Fixed Tower crane base fixed to the ground on a concrete foundation
2. The base is then attached to the mast sections which gives the crane its height.
3. Further the mast is attached to the slewing unit that allows the crane to slewing.
4. The horizontal jib (working arm) is the part of the crane that carries the load.
5. The counter-jib carries a counterweight while the jib suspends the load to and from the center of the crane.
6. The crane operator usually stay in the cabin at the top of the tower.
7. The lifting hook is operated by the operator using electric motors to manipulate wire rope cables through a system of sheaves which lift the building materials
